Our Policy

1. Check-in - 12.00 noon / Check-out - 12.00 noon
2. Written Confirmation is required to Hold / Block / Amendment / Cancellation of every room booking.
3. Minimum 7 Days prior Notice is required in Low Season & 15 Days prior Notice is required in High Season in case of cancellation / Amendment of both Group & FIT bookings.
4. In case of Cancellation of Group or FIT within specified period as mentioned above will be chargeable for 01 night.
5. Early check in & late check out is chargeable or subject to availability

Child Policy

1. Child below 6 Years is on complimentary basis.
2. Child (6-11 Yrs) Sharing existing bed @ Rs.250/- on CPAI basis (per night)
3. Child from 6 Years with extra bed will be treated as adult.

Payment Terms:

1. Hotel Should receive the payment 5 days prior from the date of arrival in Low Season & 10 days prior in High Season for both Group and FIT bookings.
2. 25% of total amount is required as advance for group bookings & voucher along with the payment details for the same should be receive by the hotel before 15 Days
3. In case of no show 01 night retension charges would be applicable for both Group and FIT bookings.
4. Payment to be settled before check out
